Facilities / History

TRAC first opened as a swimming centre in 1971 and after undergoing a number of renovations and extensions through the 80’s and 90’s it was closed for a major redevelopment in 2008. On September 23rd 2010 TRAC re-opened its doors to the eagerly awaiting community and was embraced as the state of the art facility that TRAC has become.
