TRAC’s Health Club has been designed with comfort in mind. Sectioned into three zones – beginners, cardio area and free weights – whatever your level of experience working out in a gym there is a space you will feel right at home in.
Every member receives a one hour Health Check with a qualified and experienced gym instructor upon commencement of your membership. Don’t worry – horror stories of slogging it out on a bike to be told you are unfit or giant calipers to pinch your fat don’t exist at TRAC. Your Health Check is simply a chat about what you would like to achieve, some basic measurements if you wish and then your own personalised fitness program is made for you. After a couple of months you can pop back for an update with your instructor to check in on your progress, mix things up a bit so you don’t get bored and some new exercises given to keep those results coming.
TRAC prides itself on its friendly gym instructor team. There is always a gymie who is keen for a chat, to offer advice or give you a helping hand if you forget how to work a piece of equipment. Yes TRAC is full of Technogym gadgets that have the WOW factor and help keep you entertained to pass the workout time but we believe nothing surpasses good old fashioned customer service.
