Facilities / Conditions of Entry

When you come to visit us at TRAC there is a large sign that stipulates all of our conditions of entry. Please take the time to stop and read these conditions to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable visit.

You acknowledge when you are on the premises that both your property and person shall be at your own risk and you will not hold Thomastown Recreation and Aquatic Centre (TRAC) or its employees liable for any personal injury or loss of property which may arise from any cause.

Please be aware that TRAC is a Watch Around Water facility.

Are you a child at TRAC under the age of 6?

A parent or guardian aged a minimum of 16 years needs to be in the water with you within arms reach at all times (you must wear a yellow band)

Are you a child at TRAC between the ages of 6-10?

A parent or guardian aged a minimum of 16 years needs to be able to see you at all times (you must wear a red band)

TRAC is fun and lets be very clear... disruptive behaviour is not welcome here.

Obey the staff when they direct you...if you don't they can evict you.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person... and inspect your bags for any reason.

Cameras and video cameras are not allowed at TRAC... this is a public space and privacy of all customers must be respected.

Glass, drugs, alcohol and knives have no place at this pool...do not bring them or you will look like a fool (and nobody wants a visit from the police)

Smoking is not permitted within these buildings...or the TRAC car park and its surrounds.

To swim in the pools and keep nice and cool you must wear bathers... no underwear only or clothing allowed.

Prohibition and general warning signs and symbols...are to be obeyed by all individuals.

Your membership grants you entry...and can be used by you only.

TRAC Health Club is for people over 16 only...sorry no children or teens allowed.

Once you choose to leave...to leave there will be a re-entry fee (sorry no passouts)
