TRAC has two gyms! The Program Gym is a private space, fully equipped like the main Health Club, but opens at different hours to cater for Women Only Workouts (WOW), Teen Gym, Living Longer Living Stronger (strength training for older adults) and can be hired for sports clubs, school groups etc…

The Program Gym is just like the main Health Club but just on a smaller scale. Overlooking the footy oval at the rear of TRAC it has a sunny and pleasant outlook. The space has blinds and shutters on all external windows that can be lowered to give 100% privacy. It also has its own changing room.

The Program Gym has a number of programs that are included as part of a membership The Women Only Workout (WOW) times  are on Monday and Thursday 6-9pm. Teens love the fact they have their very own space on Mondays and Wednesdays 3.30-5.30pm and Saturday 10-12pm.  Living Longer Living Stronger (strength training for older adults) is held on Mondays and Thursdays 10-12noon.

The Program Gym is available for groups to hire. The booking will also include a Gym instructor to supervise all activities and is ideally suited to school bookings, corporate team building activities or sports clubs. Call the Programs Coordinator on 9463 0700 for further information.
