The facility has been designed to deliver high levels of accessibility and includes ramps to all aquatic spaces, beach entry to the play pool, 3 accessible change rooms with overhead hoists (one with a hoist and track that travels all the way to the hydrotherapy pool). All areas of TRAC are accessible, and there is equipment able to cater to all needs of its users. We also accept Companion Cards for those accompanying patrons with a disability:
TRAC is also working with a number of disability related agencies to create programs incorporating the gym, swim and hydrotherapy facilities at the centre to provide further opportunies for those with a disability to participate.
