Learn to Swim

"My son has been participating in your swimming classes for around 1.5 years, the last few weeks his confidence has increased dramatically and is not as distracted in the class thanks to only 3 weeks of Bronwyn's wonderful teaching.  Bronwyn is an exceptional teacher, I actually feel I am getting value for money her classes are structured and you can see she has a love for her job" - Sarah Clarke

The reality is that 1in 5 Aussie kids cannot swim and 5% of all drowning deaths are children aged between 5-14 years old. This is a scary fact but parents don’t have to worry any longer because TRAC offers a swimming program that will not only teach the skills your child needs but will make sure they have fun whilst doing so. And we all know that if kids love what they are doing they are more likely to want to stick with it.

TRAC’s lessons start for babies from the age of 6 months right through to private adult classes. For children lessons are 30 minutes long and we offer a range of times in the mornings, after school and in the weekends. For adults private lessons are taught one on one and run for 45 minutes.

Lessons are taught in either the warm water pool, kiddies pool or 25 metre pool and all pools are heated for your child's comfort. Even the pool hall and changing rooms are a consistent 27 degrees. The focus of the lessons is about developing swim and survive skills but the TRAC difference is that kids have fun! Students’ achievements are rewarded with certificates to provide a lasting record of their progress.
