Every piece of cardio equipment is fitted with a touch screen TV, iPod docking station, game and opportunities to communicate with TRAC staff on what you think all about the Centre, services and programs.

Long gone are the days of carrying a card around with you during your workout. TRAC utilises the unique “Wellness System” from Technogym.  Upon joining you will be issued a key (like a USB stick).  This key stores your entire workout data and lets you know what exercises to do and counts how many/much/long of each exercise that you do.

At the start of your workout all you need to do is enter your key on the wellness kiosk that sits just inside the main door of the health club.  This kiosk will then let you know which exercise you need to do first. At that station you can again enter your wellness key and you will be told how to adjust the settings of that piece of equipment. 

When you’ve finished that exercise you can remove the key and move onto the next exercise. When you are finished all you need to do is “check-out” at the kiosk once more and all your exercise details get recorded.  Easy!

Soon to arrive at TRAC is Visio Web. You will be able to surf the web whilst working out. How time will fly whilst reading the latest news, checking status updates on Facebook and not missing the crucial last minutes for your bids on eBay.
