  1. Your PT is a bit like that good angel sitting on your shoulder when that devil turns up to sit on your other shoulder.
  2. When it is cold, raining, you are hung over your PT will be calling to see where you are.
  3. You need the right education because let’s face it the information out there on what you should eat and how often you should exercise is confusing.
  4. Your PT will keep you on track. As the exercise gets bit easier with you getting fitter they will help you work that little bit harder. Pushing yourself equals results.
  5. Exercise can be boring – but not with a PT!

Personal Training sessions are only 30 minutes and just one a week will help you get results fast.
