TRAC’s brand new Wellness Centre is located in a high visibly space inside TRAC. It has 3 consulting rooms (each complete with a basin and air-conditioning/heating), reception space and its own bathroom.
TRAC is a leisure facility with a gym and pools so a complimentary business ideally suited to this space would be for example: Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist, Podiatrist but other business/groups are welcome to enquire.
The monthly rental is negotiable but on top of the Wellness Centre it may also include: access to the hydrotherapy pool (complete with hoist access), private Program Gym, Group Fitness Room and one extra office space.
